East Moline is the smallest of the metro Quad City towns with a population just over 22,000. The city is bordered on the north by the Mississippi River and the Island Marina is a river access point. The paved bike path along the river connects to Moline and smaller communities upstream.
The Rock Island County Fairgrounds are located in the city and the 18-hole golf course at Short Hills County Club takes advantage of the city's rolling landscape. Residents appreciate the low cost of living, and local high school graduation rates are high. With lots of local amenities, and easy access to the other Quad Cities, East Moline is a great option for anyone looking to move to Illinois.
