Pete, a native of Sumner, Iowa, is currently a Broker Associate with Mel Foster Co. A 2010 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Pete has been active in the local Quad City real estate industry starting in 2010, with extensive study and experience in various types of real estate, the mortgage industry, and investment property acquisition and management.
