If you need to look for a new residence because of a family change, a job change, or other changes in your life, I can help you evaluate the choices. I am an accredited buyer representative (ABR) and I work with first time buyers as if they were my own family making their first big investment. As a senior specialist (SRES), I am aware of the needs of seniors looking forward to the future whether it is to purchase a home or a condo, or to consider an independent or assisted living facility. RELOCATING:

My family has been relocated, so I know what we experienced going through the process and the concerns you my have. I can provide you with local demographics information and information on all the local school districts in the quad-city area. If you are looking for a certain price point, I can print out the subdivisions in each community that will fit your budget. If you are relocating from the area, I can refer you to Real Estate services at your new location.
