Selling?
As a seasoned Realtor I am adept at getting you the maximum value of your home in the shortest amount of time. One thing that I will tell you is that I am going to be honest about your homes value, too many times I have heard "My neighrbors home sold for this" or "When I refinanced 5 years ago it it appraised at this" and those numbers may not tell the whole story. If you have a 1400 square foot ranch and your neighbor has a 2600 square foot 2-story they probably won't make good comps and many times a refi appraisal can be inflated to show what you need to get, not what the homes is actually worth. Buying?The buying process can be hard for anyone especially first time buyers. I am leader in providing technology that makes the home buying experience easier for all my clients through e-mail, text messaging, and social media. I have heard from past clients that the last thing they wanted was a pushy agent, I can tell you that I am not. I have had clients that take years to buy homes and I stuck with them all the way through. You should feel an emotional attachment to your home the second you walk in, you should never settle for a home that is just good enough.
