Credentials & Membership I am a full time Real Estate Consultant and am licensed in both Iowa and Illinois. I do not have another job that will take time away from my dedication to helping you with your Real Estate needs. I am a Relocation Specialist. About 50% of my buisness is helping Buyers Relocate to the Quad Cities or Staging homes so Sellers can move quickly to another location for work or retirement. I am also a CNE, certified negotiation expert, and my negotiation skills will definately put you at an advantage. I have taken many hours of additional education to achieve this designation and am one of the first CNE agents in the Quad Cities. I am also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and have taken additional training to learn how to professionally stage my seller´s home to sell faster and for a higher price.
