From now till the day of final approval with the city we will be offering the lots at a reduced price of $42,000 and not the list price after the final approval price of $45,000. These lots will be held for you on a first come first serve bases. If we have more than one person request to hold a lot, the first person will be give that lot. There will be a $1000 deposit needed to hold a lot this will be given back to the person if for some reason the purchase of the land does not go through. We are very confident that this will go through. We have talked to several of the banks in the area and there are several people that are in need housing in the area.

If you choose to you can have a builder of your choice come in and build you your home. If you do not have a builder we can provide you will a list of builder we have worked with.
