Carla helped sell my family's home in Moline and I was very happy with all of her work. Carla had to handle everything for me because I was in California the entire time our home was on the market. Carla has proved to me that she is someone you can trust, which is extremely important when you are selling your home.
Carla was very professional and courteous. She walked through the house with me, pointing our areas that could be improved to make our home more marketable. She took excellent photos of the inside and outside of the house and made the photos available to view on the Internet. Carla is also a professional "stager" who knows how to rearrange furniture and wall hangings to make the home more attractive to buyers.
Carla was very protective of our home, checking on it because I was out of town, and making sure that doors were locked and the air conditioning turned on whenever there was a showing. She held multiple "open house" visitation sessions on weekends. She always kept me abreast of what was happening, and provided excellent advice on all aspects of the sale and move. She was willing to help in any way, even providing boxes to help me move the personal belongings and a list of storage facilities nearby.
Last of all, Carla provided the emotional suport I needed during the difficult decisions that I had to make. Our family had owned the home since it was originally built 55 years ago and housed many memories. Carla helped comfort me and encourage me in my difficult decisions.
In summary, I cannot thank Carla enough for all that she accomplished for me. Our house was on the market for only about two months and sold at list price! I highly recommend Carla Lott for your Realtor.
