Superior Training/Continuing Education
Mel Foster Co. helps our associates stay up-to-date on real estate information and trends. We are committed to the professional development of our sales associates. We are the only company in our market area that offers a School of Real Estate to provide pre-licensing and continuing education courses for our sales force.
Our programs are organized by a full-time Education Administrator. Every class or workshop is taught by experienced instructors with the purpose of providing associates with the information and training to reach their full potential.

Our Career Development program, for new sales associates, is a 12-week program which begins with a week-long hands-on training session introducing Mel Foster Co. departments and preparing the agent to deal with all aspects of the listing and buying transaction. The remaining 11 sessions are held once a week with more in-depth information discussed pertaining to various topics dealing with the real estate profession.
Experienced Associate - Field Trainers are assigned to the new sales associate to guide them through their first several business transactions and assist them in establishing a firm foundation to their new career..
